Just for your OWN edification, it is NOT true that this guy is somehow related to THE Charles Keating of the Keating 5....better check your facts before you post rubbish and gossip. You'll look like one of the childhood "gossip game" participants.

I'm just happy that someone finally published popularly that squatting is better for you.
I mean, it's been in all the academic journals. I know. I've seen it. And read it. And made other people read it.
I'm pretty sure that given the public health consequences of this, we could get some serious funding for a study on poop.
