I would bet that the Cairo dot is our friend AMP, who has her own blog (formerly AmpiezzaDiVedute, now Najaatee). Or some random person who reads her blog, and found yours through the link to ours....

Cairo could also be Tracy -- she checked it when she was there, I think.
But, that doesn't really help you out now....
