Apparently James Watson (yes, of Nobel Prize double-helix fame) has trumped his previous dumb statement about a woman having the right to abort a fetus if she finds out it's homosexual -- a comment equally offensive to pro-choice & anti-abortion supporters alike! Now he's talking about his concerns for the continent of Africa due to the lower levels of intelligence in blacks. To quote: "all our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours - whereas all the testing says not really."
