This morning we had the departmental soiree for graduating seniors. Packed. And in the crowd, Joe Montana. He has 2 daughters here at ND, the eldest is an anthro major.
Afterwards I came home and did yard work. A nice reminder of muscles that didn't get used for some time. Nice to see things take shape tho', long long overdue. We are having exceptional weather, sunny and in the low 70s.

Oh man, I want to meet Joe Montana - he obviously raised his daughter well if she's a major :)
According to Agustin, we're working on daughter #2 ;-) Gotta keep the celebs coming to our graduation parties!
I know J's dad is wishing she were about nine years younger so he could have been at that party. The members of the cult are always hoping to meet the football gods.
Well, we have 2-3 more years before the second daughter graduates -- tell your daughter to get finished, take me out, and get her hired here. Then you can sneak in as the parents of a faculty member. There, problem solved.
No, wait...maybe I don't like that plan so much...
While you may have given her dad the perfect plan, I don't think your dad would be as happy with the results.
And by the way, did you sneak your parents in so they could meet one of the football gods, or are they not members of the cult?
